Venmo
2016 - 2017
I joined this project as lead product designer to push the designs through for initial beta implementation. My responsibilities included enhancing and improving the previously designed UX, UI, and content. Through two rounds of usability testing (which ruled) and multiple rounds of iteration, our goal was to slowly ramp users and merchants onto this experience. Once we have reached 100% of users and merchants, we can evaluate the analytics by working with our data team to iterate and see if paying with Venmo is valued addition to the app. If so, the potential for a standalone "Pay with Venmo" can become a reality!
